Client representation in cases with federal, state or local public trial court administration bodies (City Administration bodies, state and federal Government, federal, state and local Revenue Service bodies, the Central Bank of Brazil, the Economic Law Office, the National Institute of Social Security) and their respective courts of appeals (Taxpayer Boards, Economic Defence Administrative Board – CADE, among other bodies).
Court litigation:
Defense of the client´s interests in first and second level State Court, Special Courts and Federal Court lawsuits, as well as representation and monitoring of appeals with higher courts and arbitration proceedings.
